Pero todo cambia cuando una Nochebuena recibe la visita del fantasma de su socio fallecido Jacob Marley que le anuncia la visita de tres espíritus. Será su última oportunidad para salvarse del lastre con el que deberá cargar toda la eternidad si no cambia de actitud.
